Flood Warning issued May 3 at 11:43PM CDT until May 4 at 9:00AM CDT by NWS Lake Charles LA* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfallcontinues.* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the followingcounties, Hardin, Jasper, Orange and Tyler.* WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Saturday.* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lyingand flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roadsremain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundatedwith water and may not be passable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1143 PM CDT, the public reported heavy rain in the warnedarea due to runoff from heavy rainfall over the past twodays.
