Numerous roadsremain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundatedwith water and may not be passable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1143 PM CDT, the public reported heavy rain in the warnedarea due to runoff from heavy rainfall over the past twodays.
