Flooding may occurin poor drainage and urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Another round of showers and thunderstorms is forecast onFriday afternoon into evening. Numerous roadsremain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due toexcess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings areinundated with water and may not be passable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1007 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due torunoff from earlier heavy rainfall. Flooding is alreadyoccurring in the warned area.
