Expect many areas of slow moving or standingwater.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 158 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rainhave fallen.- This includes the following streams and drainages...Clinch River, Big Creek, Blue Spring Creek, Bluestone River,Burkes Garden Creek, Beaver Creek, Campbell Creek, Big HorseCreek and Beech Fork.Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possiblein the warned area.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Marion, Richlands, Tazewell, Saltville, Chilhowie, CedarBluff and Mount Rogers National Recreation Area.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/floodTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
